Mr. Elrod has personally tested more than 3.5 million square feet of roofing and has installed Permanent Automated Systems both in the United States and Saudi Arabia. He trains all of Roof Analyzer Technicians but is still very active in testing himself. He has extensive knowledge and experience in leak location and is responsible for the operation of the company. He has a degree in Industrial Hygiene & Theology/Communications. 

Michelle has been working in the roof moisture and electronic leak detection field for more than 12 years. She has a substantial amount of sales, customer service and project management experience and is well established in the roofing/waterproofing industry. She has a degree in Electrical and Electronics Technology as well as coursework in Project Management at GWU School of Business. 

Rob has personally tested more than 1.5 million square feet of roofing membrane both in the United States and abroad. He speaks Spanish fluently and has extensive knowledge in leak detection and has worked as a Technician for 6 years. 

Jim has degree in Math and Chemistry along with a Masters in Industrial Engineering and has worked for several fortune 500 companies as a consultant. He is the holder of several United States and Canadian patents.
